Hey, today I’m going to show you how to make a CPU fan motor for a drone, and I’ll make it on a controller. Let’s get started. 4 Pole Cpu Fan Winding

Now let’s complete the winding of the Bldc motor. You know that CPU fan has 4 poles. We have to complete the winding following the 4 poles.

Connect 4 wires from any pole together and then rotate the pole clockwise 30 times. Similarly, rotate the pole counterclockwise 30 times.

Now, we will wind the wire 30 times counterclockwise around the pole closest to it. Similarly, we will wind the opposite pole 30 times and finish by winding it.

How to Make Bldc Motor Controller

The controller for this bldc motor is a little different. I will make a different controller for this 2-phase motor.

First I will remove the smd mosfets from the computer motherboard. I am using smd mosfet here because this mosfet is active at low voltage and you can input maximum 20 volts on its gate pin and since this mosfet is active at low voltage we will use it.

I will take 6 mosfets and 2 – 100k resistors and 2 – 47 ohm resistors.

I will make a circuit with these. Look at my circuit and make it. There are two below.

Neodymium Magnet 10mm X 10mm Satting

I will use niyodiyam magnets to increase the power of the motor.

The photo shows how to set the niyodiyam magnet.

I couldn’t find a curved magnet. I set 2 magnets on one side.
