Hi friend, how are you? Today, through this blog post, I will teach you how to make a 12Volt BLDC Cpu Fan Convert High Speed Bldc Motor With Controller.

Let’s Learn How I Made the Motor.
First, I’m going to take a 12-volt CPU fan and completely disassemble it.
So guys, you can see that this pea has 4 pole.
I need the coil inside. Let’s take the coil.

Here you can see a PCB board with a 276 Hall sensor attached to the PCB board.
It has four pins, two signal pins and two input voltage pins.
I will remove all the wires that are winding the motor.
The wire that is wound with is good.
But this wire is so thin that the speed of the motor is not high,
so I will make a new winding here with a thick wire, which is why I removed these old ones.
What I want to do here is I’m going to first open up a motor here,
then take the core of the motor, and by opening up many motors and joining the cores together,
I’m going to make a very large motor.
That will be able to fly like a drone and will be very powerful.

Let’s See How to Rewinding a Motor.
So first I will join the cores together.
Then I will start winding, so here I will start winding with 0.4mm wire.
I used Feviquick glue when joining the pieces, but you can do the same.

CPU fan motors have four poles, so I’m going to wrap copper wire around that pole.
I’m going to put 50 patches on the first pole in a straight line and 50 patches on the opposite side in the same way.

And then between the two poles that remain, I’m going to put 50 patches on the opposite side in the same way,
and on the other side of that pole, I’m going to put 50 patches on the opposite side in the same way.
This is how I will complete the motor winding.

276 hall effect sensor is used here.
So friends, you can see that our motor winding and motor connection are complete, so now let’s make the controller.
So now we will show you how to make a motor controller. So let’s make it.
How to Make a Controller
So guys, let’s make a controller now, but this controller is a little different. It’s not the same controller as the BLDC drone motor you see. We’ll make it a little differently. So let’s make it.

- resistor: 100k
- resistor: 15 Ohm
- Mosfet: IRFZ44N N-Channel Any Mosfet Use
- sensor: hall sensor 276
I have used SMD computer-like MOSFETs here because computer MOSFETs are fully active at very low voltages.
Here I will use a minimum of 12 volts and a maximum of 24 volts, which is why I suggest this MOSFET.
