Hello friends, how are you all? Today we will learn how to make a wedding fan and we will make it with a CPU fan and it will be very high speed. Let’s make the fan.
This project of mine will be a little different. Because the models I have made before are also suitable for use with my drone, but this one is a little different and the power of this one will be full of motorcycles and the wind will be very high speed.

So First Let’s Learn About Bldc CPU Fans.
A BLDC (Brushless DC) CPU fan is a type of cooling fan used in computers that relies on a brushless DC motor to spin its blades. Unlike traditional brushed motors,
A BLDC motor does not require physical brushes or commutators because it switches the current in the motor windings using an electronic controller.
Higher efficiency, less noise, and a longer lifespan are the outcomes of this. BLDC fans are commonly used for cooling CPUs because they can provide reliable airflow with precise speed control,
often through PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). Their quiet operation and durability make them ideal for modern computing environments where both performance and noise levels are important.

Let me show you how I turned my CPU fan into a turbo BLDC fan.
First, I’ll get a CPU fan, then make it a little thicker so the speed will be better.
Then I’ll take the CPU fan and take apart all its parts one by one.
Then you will see that there is a coil with four poles. The coils in CPU fans are usually made up of four poles. Along with that, you will see a hull sensor numbered 276 and that hull sensor has four pins.
There is a hull sensor number 276.It has a positive first pin, two signals in the middle, and a negative last pin. I will throw away the old wires that are in the core and take sixteen new wires together and solder each one.
I will turn each pole twenty times to the right and again to the left in a circle. This is how I will complete my entire winding.

276 I Don’t Know Much About Hall Sensors.
A 4-pin CPU fan typically uses a BLDC motor and may or may not include Hall sensors, depending on the design. The four pins are for power (12V), ground, a tachometer (speed signal),
and PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control. The tachometer pin often relies on Hall sensors to detect the fan’s speed by monitoring the rotor’s position and sending pulses to the motherboard.
These pulses help your system know how fast the fan is spinning. Even if you don’t know much about Hall sensors, just know they act like tiny magnetic detectors inside the fan,
helping it spin at the right speed and report back to your system accurately. They’re small but essential for smooth and smart fan operation.

Why Are Neodymium Magnet Used in BLDC Motors? Let’s Learn a Little About That.
Neodymium magnets are commonly used in Brushless DC (BLDC) motors because of their exceptionally strong magnetic properties. These rare-earth magnets provide a high magnetic flux density,
which allows BLDC motors to generate more torque and power while maintaining a compact size.
This efficiency is especially important in applications like electric vehicles, drones, and computer fans, where space and weight are limited. Additionally,
neodymium magnets have good thermal stability and retain their magnetic strength over time, making them reliable for high-performance, long-lasting motor designs.
